These terms govern use of The Crone’s Table website and the purchase of tarot reading services. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Nature of the services
Readings are offered for entertainment, personal reflection, spiritual exploration, and self-improvement. They may offer perspective on patterns and possibilities, but they do not guarantee outcomes or replace medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other licensed professional advice.
2. Eligibility and responsible use
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase a reading. Do not use the service for emergencies, crisis support, unlawful activity, harassment, or decisions that require a licensed professional.
3. Orders, questions, and payment
Prices and the scope of each reading are shown on the Readings page. Payment is due when the order is placed. Provide an accurate email address, order information, and a question that fits the reading purchased. Requests outside the stated scope may require clarification or an alternative arrangement.
4. Delivery
Private readings are delivered as private video links by email. Delivery windows begin after payment and receipt of the necessary question or context. Missing information, an incorrect email address, technical outages, illness, or events outside reasonable control may extend delivery.
5. The Public Table
By purchasing The Public Table, you understand that the reading is intended for public sharing. Identifying details will be removed, and the question may be lightly edited to protect privacy or improve clarity without changing its meaning.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Cancellation may be available if requested before work begins. Once a personalized reading has begun, the order is generally not refundable. Delivery problems, duplicate charges, and approved refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
7. No guarantees
A reading is an interpretive service. No specific result, event, relationship outcome, financial result, or personal transformation is promised or guaranteed.
8. Personal use
Your reading and its recording are provided for your personal use. Do not sell, republish, or present the recording or site content as your own without permission.
